

About Susan Keller
Susan Keller is a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness meditation, healing childhood trauma and finding deep personal transformation through its principles. Inspired by her own journey, she enrolled in the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Certification Program with Jack.Kornfield and Tara Brach through Sounds True, the Awareness Training Institute, and the University of California at Berkeley‘s Greater Good Science Center which concluded February 1, 2025. She now guides others in cultivating presence, compassion and greater peace through accessible and heartfelt teachings.
Susan is also a certified kids, yoga and mindfulness teacher through Yoginis:Yoga For Youth. She blends the joy of yoga with the calming power of mindfulness to create experiences for children to encourage them to connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts. Susan has an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from NYU School of Continuing Education. Susan has previously had a career for over a decade on Wall Street and also has experience in the non-profit sector.
Susan loves the outdoors, practicing Qi gong, insight meditation, yoga, plays tennis and loves to cook from scratch. Susan lives in Springfield, New Jersey and has two adult sons and a daughter-in-law who share her passion for the outdoors.
