One-on-One & Group Mindfulness Sessions

Find balance, presence, and ease in a space created just for you–or shared in community. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, these personalized sessions offer guidance tailored to your needs.

 

I can customize a session for either 30, 45 or 60 minutes for one person or a small group formed by you, and include any or all of the following:

 

-Mindfulness practices for daily life

-Guided meditation for relaxation and focus

-Gentle, mindful movement for stress release

-Tools for cultivating, calm, clarity, and presence

These sessions can be crafted to your needs and goals. Or, you may choose from one of the following offerings listed below designed for specific types of practice:

 

Grounding & Self-Love: This 45-minute session includes a meditation and gentle mindful movement to help you cultivate a self-loving, grounded presence. A 30-minute option is available without the movement.

 

Concentration & Insight: Using the characteristics of the elements as a focus, this 30-minute or 45-minute practice helps you improve concentration and gain insights. For example, by focusing on the sensation of hardness or softness in your body, you learn to let go of the concept and rest your awareness on the felt experience.

 

Metta (Loving Kindness): In this 30-minute session, we will explore different types of Meta practices that can be useful in various situations and help you cultivate an aura of kindness and love.

 

Vipassana Out Loud: This is a two person, conversational meditation practice where the client expresses feelings and emotions out loud, while Susan listens and guides. You will be guided to “be with” what is arising in a skillful way.  It is a great way to learn more about Vipassana or Insight meditation and develop your skills as a practitioner.
