About Susan Keller
Susan Keller is a dedicated guide in the journey of mindfulness and personal transformation. Her own profound experience of healing childhood trauma through mindfulness led her to enroll in the rigorous two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Certification Program. This program, led by renowned teachers, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, concluded in February 2025 and was a collaboration between Sounds True, the Awareness Training Institute, and the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
Now, Susan empowers others to cultivate presence, compassion, and inner peace through accessible and heartfelt teachings. In addition to her work with adults, Susan is a kids yoga and mindfulness instructor through Yoginos: Yoga for Youth. She is also enrolled in Yoginos Level 3 Course: Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher. She joyfully blends yoga with mindfulness, creating engaging experiences that help children connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts.
With a background spanning over a decade on Wall Street and experience in the non-profit sector, Susan brings a diverse perspective to her practice. She holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from NYU School of Continuing Education. Living in Springfield, New Jersey, Susan embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying hiking, tennis, cooking, and community. She deepens her own practice daily with mindfulness meditation, Wisdom Healing Qi Gong, and yoga, often sharing her love for the outdoors with her two adult sons and daughter-in-law.
