For greater peace, and improved effectiveness
Through mindfulness meditation, mindfulness practice and mindful movement you will learn to come home to your body and heart. Any of these three practices alone are incredibly helpful, and together, very powerful. As you build resilience to stress and reactivity by practicing and being in your body and in the present moment, you also learn to allow your heart to become a real refuge and guiding light. In doing so, you will begin to see the blockages to inner peace, inner freedom, happiness, and greater effectiveness. With that knowledge, called clear seeing, you can empower yourself to chart a new course.
I offer, free of cost, a Monday Night Sangha session on Zoom twice monthly. I’m also available for one-on-one and group mindfulness meditation sessions with guidance.
