Join our FREE Monday Night Sangha

Join our Monday night Sangha for a twice-monthly opportunity to cultivate inner peace and connection. In just 30 to 40 minutes, these sessions offer a nurturing blend of guided meditations, mindful movement, and breathwork, alongside insightful teachings. Occasionally, we'll open the space for shared reflection, fostering a supportive community. It's a wonderful way to deepen your practice and connect with like-minded individuals.

 

All sessions are 30 to 40 minutes, beginning at 8:30 PM.
